人沙眼衣原體抗體（CT）ELISA試劑盒 的若干特點：專一性強：抗原與抗體的免疫反應是專一反應，而免疫酶技術以免疫反應為基礎，所檢測的對象是抗原（或抗體），使用的抗體除標記了酶以外，與普通抗體的免疫反應特性并無多大差別。靈敏度高：由于抗體聯(lián)結上了酶，因此，借助于酶與底物的顯色反應，顯示抗原與抗體的結合，大大提高了檢測的靈敏性，使檢測水平接近放射免疫測定法。樣品易保存：經(jīng)過酶反應顯示的有色產(chǎn)物大多比較穩(wěn)定，因此有利于樣品的保存。
